Ukraine: Food Processing Quality Improvement and Product Development

Consortium specialists have conducted a project to work with a cannery in Central Ukraine on improving the quality of existing food products and on developing new products. Part of the assignment was to work on negotiating forward contracts with several farmer associations that supply the cannery with vegetables. The project was funded by USAID and managed by CNFA.
